When my family and I were getting ready to move to Sioux Falls, Celia was recommended by my new company. She narrowed down the search using email and the internet before our arrival. When we arrived to house hunt, she had the showings setup and ready to go so we could finish quickly and return home, out of state, to move. We selected a house the same day and closed shortly thereafter. Once we moved to Sioux Falls, Celia continued to orient us to the community and two years later is still there for us. Celia truly cares and takes care of her customers and their families.

Celia is no ordinary realtor. As a relatively new person the Sioux Falls area when I started house shopping, Celia was referred to me by a business colleague. As I was in no rush to purchase, simply wanting to learn the market and more about the community, I told her as much and Celia was very understanding. We quickly figured out that we both had similar styles of 'doing business' which was a perfect fit. And that is something I rarely find about anyone or their service. Not that I am so incredibly hard to please - decent customer service is easy to give; outstanding service is what I got from Celia. She is up front (no wasted time or effort), honest, very good at verbal communication, extremely knowledgeable in the community and the real estate market in which she works. In addition, and almost more importantly, she is most definitely in the corner of her clients and simultaneously works well with all parties involved. She is not lopsided in her efforts - she wants everyone concerned to come out on top. She succeeds with this swimmingly and I would (and do!) unhesitatingly recommend her to anyone shopping the Sioux Falls area. I only wish she sold property where I currently live! Celia is one of a kind, the ultimate in succeeding with a truly extraordinary experience, a real passion for what she does, and a fantastic fun attitude to top it off. Oh - and by the way, she also sold my house as well as my partners house (theirs in 3 days!). Sounds unbelievable? Perhaps. It's simply business as usual for Celia. gcj

When my mother started looking for houses when I was moving back from Savannah, GA I came across Celia and it was a godsend. Even though I was thousands of miles away I was able to do most of the work with Celia and assist my mom with her home search. We were able to find a home to move me into when I moved back with ease. When we look for another home we will no doubt use Celia's services.

Celia goes above and beyond what you could ever expect. I got the best tour of Sioux Falls while searching for homes. Once I identified what I was interested in, it's like she could read my mind and helped me find my new home in days! Moving all of the way from New York was a challenge, but thanks to Celia the process was so much easier than I ever could have anticipated! When it's time to move into a bigger house, Celia will be the one who I call!
